- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway. We do not store your card/bank details.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kraftwing Private Limited, we aim to deliver high-quality services and products.
- Services: Once a service (consultation, installation, or maintenance) is booked and delivered, it is non-refundable. If the service is not delivered as agreed, you may request a refund within 7 days.
- Digital Products: Digital/downloadable items are non-returnable once accessed. Refunds may be issued only if you were charged but did not receive access or the file was corrupted.
- Physical Products (if applicable): Returns are accepted only if the product is defective/damaged. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method (bank account/card/UPI).

- Digital Products: Instant delivery via email/download link after successful payment.
- Physical Products (if applicable): Orders are shipped within 2–5 working days. Delivery may take 5–10 working days, depending on location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural disruptions.
