• Jurisdiction: Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
• Payment Terms: We accept payments via Razorpay. Transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Compliance: By using our site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

We respect your privacy. All personal data collected (Name, Email, Phone) is used solely for processing orders and providing support.

• Payment Security: We do not store credit/debit card details. All transactions are handled securely by Razorpay via 128-bit encryption.
• Data Usage: We do not share your data with third-party marketing agencies.

• Cancellation: Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Services cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
• Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged or defective physical products.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment source.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST (where applicable) and are displayed in INR. We reserve the right to modify prices, but confirmed orders will be honored at the original price.

• Digital Items: Delivered instantly via the user dashboard or email upon successful payment.
• Physical Goods: Shipped via domestic couriers within 2-5 working days. Estimated delivery: 7-10 working days.
• Service Delivery: Software and consulting services are initiated within 48 hours of confirmation.
